My Straight-Up Process

1.MEET & GREET

Inquire via my contact form so we can schedule a time to chat about your wedding vision. It’s crucial that we get to know each other so I can help your wants come to life. We can either meet in-person at my photography studio, or we can talk over Zoom - your preference! Once we’ve settled on your photography package and any add-ons and the deposit is paid, your date is officially saved on my calendar.

2.PLANNING PREPERATIONS

Planning begins in earnest. I’ll send over a few different questionnaires so I can learn more about your non-negotiables, and offer any guidance that you need. We’ll work together to create a wedding day timeline to make sure that your most important photos are accounted for. I’m also happy to attend venue tours or recommend my favorite wedding vendors!

3.ENGAGEMENT SESSION

Your engagement session should take place about a year out from the big day. Focus on having fun together and forgetting the camera is there. This time is all about you and your partner, so don’t be afraid to get lost in the moment. This is the perfect time for us to get to know each other better and for you to experience my photography style. After your session, I’ll even help you design your save the dates and guest book albums.

4.MAKE IT OFFICIAL

It’s time to make it official! With all of your to-do list items finished, you can relax and enjoy your wedding day. I’ll be there with my assistant to make photo magic while you soak up every minute with your brand new spouse. Congratulations, newlyweds!

5.DELIVERY

Following your wedding, you’ll receive sneak peek photos within 24 hours. Your final, edited gallery will arrive within 4-6 weeks. Your chosen wall art will be created in the months after your big day, and on your 1 year anniversary I will arrive with my team to complete the final installation.
